Fits my 2001 Tacoma 3.4L-V6 Double-Cab perfectly. Tried it in the long "L" position first but the wires were a bit stretched. Unscrewed the parts and did the shorter straight out setup. Fits great! For this 1st Generation of Tacoma the downstream (past cats) sensor is actually an Air - Fuel -Sensor, NOT an "O2 Sensor", which is why it has the two-bolt configuration and is not a screw in O2 type like the upstream or other vehicles.

It took 10 minutes or less to install. The install was very easy (with the right tools) and fit and installed much better than a competitor product I replaced this with. Hopefully it will solve my P0142 code in my grimmspeed GESI V2 catted downpipe.
